Our store is hosted on Squarespace Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. We might also integrate Stripe and Paypal to allow users different payment methods.

Online Store Terms

First of all, our Services are not intended for and may not be used by children under the age of 16. By using the Services, you represent that you're at least 16 or the age of majority in your state or province of residence. If you’re under the age of 18, depending on where you live, you may need to have your parent or guardian’s consent to this Agreement and they may need to enter into this Agreement on your behalf. 

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Billing And Account

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Refund Policy

Music Promotion/Marketing services

Regarding promotion services (Blog placements, influencers or radio submissions, & Spotify Playlist Placements), our refunds policy lasts 30 days. Customers can request a full refund within 30 days of the campaign's start date if they are not satisfied with its progress or direction. Just make sure to provide us with a screenshot of your “Spotify For Artist - YouTube Studio” Page/Screen.

Digital art/writings

For the other services involving writing a press release/bio or creating an artwork/video/pictures, we can only refund 50%.

Also Note that, for you, to claim a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Then once your refund is approved, we’ll issue a credit to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Credit or refund Missing

If your credit doesn’t show up in your bank account, wait at least another week and check it again.
And if, it’s still missing, contact your credit card company because it may take some days before your refund gets officially posted.
Or, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Either of us can end this agreement at any time.

We work hard to make Inner Noise great, but the services are provided as is, without warranties.

You agree that you have not relied upon, and have no remedies in respect of, any term, condition, statement, warranty or representation except those expressly set out in this Agreement. You also may be subject to additional terms, policies or agreements that may apply when you use other services, including Third Party Services. This Agreement creates no third party beneficiary rights, and no third party shall have any right or standing to claim benefit or bring an action to enforce this Agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.
